Our community guidelines ensure Bonkr remains a safe, respectful, and welcoming platform for all Australian adults.

Bonkr is built on mutual respect, consent, and safety. These guidelines help create a positive environment where everyone can connect with confidence. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Treat everyone with dignity and respect regardless of gender, orientation, ethnicity, background, or profession.

Consent is Paramount

All interactions must be consensual. Respect boundaries, accept "no" gracefully, and never pressure or coerce.

Safety First

Prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Report concerning behavior and follow our safety tips.

Honesty and Transparency

Be truthful in your listings, profiles, and communications. Misrepresentation erodes trust.

Legal Compliance

Follow all Australian federal, state, and local laws regarding adult services, advertising, and online conduct.

Expected Behavior

We expect all Bonkr users to:

Be Respectful and Courteous

Use polite, professional language in all communications
Respond to messages in a timely and respectful manner
Accept rejection gracefully without hostility
Respect people's time and boundaries

Provide Accurate Information

Use recent, genuine photos of yourself (no stock photos or photos of others)
Accurately describe services, rates, and availability
Be honest about your location, age, and identity
Update your listing when services or details change

Respect Privacy and Discretion

Keep communications and interactions confidential
Don't share others' personal information without permission
Respect requests for discretion and anonymity
Don't screenshot or share private messages

Communicate Clearly

Be clear about expectations, boundaries, and services
Discuss rates, duration, and terms upfront
Confirm bookings and communicate any changes promptly
Ask questions if something is unclear

Support the Community

Report violations and suspicious activity
Help new users understand how the platform works
Provide constructive feedback to improve Bonkr
Stand against discrimination and harassment

Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in safety or enforcement action:

Illegal Content and Activity

Child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, or sexual extortion
Human trafficking, exploitation, or coercion
Non-consensual intimate images or threats to share intimate material
Credible threats, terrorism promotion, or extreme violence
Solicitation or promotion of illegal drugs
Prostitution in states/territories where it's illegal
Unlicensed sex work in jurisdictions requiring licensing
Money laundering or financial fraud

Harassment and Abuse

Harassment, bullying, or stalking behavior
Threats of violence or harm
Hate speech based on race, religion, gender, orientation, or disability
Unwanted sexual advances after someone has declined
Doxxing (sharing private information without consent)
Blackmail or extortion

Fraudulent Activity

Fake profiles or catfishing
Using others' photos without permission
Bait-and-switch tactics (advertising different services than provided)
Payment fraud or chargebacks abuse
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans
Impersonating service providers or Bonkr staff

Spam and Exploitation

Spam messages or unsolicited advertising
Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
Phishing attempts or malicious links
Posting duplicate listings to manipulate search results
Automated bots or scraping tools

Inappropriate Content

Extreme or obscene content violating Australian classification standards
Bestiality or animal abuse content
Glorification of violence or self-harm
Copyright infringement (stolen photos, videos)
Graphic violence or gore

Platform Abuse

Abusing platform reporting, moderation, or verification systems
Manipulating reviews or ratings
Interfering with other users' listings or accounts
Attempting to hack or breach security systems
Encouraging others to violate guidelines

Content and Listing Guidelines

Photos and Images

Use only photos you own or have permission to use
Photos must be of you (not stock images, models, or other people)
Images should be recent (within the last year)
Clear, well-lit photos perform best
Watermark photos to prevent theft
Avoid nudity in thumbnail/primary photos (allowed in gallery)
No screenshots from videos as photos

Text Content

Write clear, accurate descriptions of services
Use proper spelling and grammar for professionalism
Be specific about what you offer and don't offer
Include relevant details: location, hours, rates, contact info
Don't use excessive capitalization or special characters
Avoid coded language for illegal services

Pricing and Rates

Display rates clearly and honestly
Specify what's included in each rate tier
Honor advertised rates (price changes should be updated promptly)
Be transparent about additional fees or charges
Don't use deceptive pricing tactics

Categories and Tags

Choose the most accurate category for your listing
Use relevant tags that genuinely apply to your services
Don't spam tags or use irrelevant keywords
Update category if your services change

Reporting Violations

Help us maintain a safe community by reporting violations. Every listing and profile has a "Report" button.

What to Report

Illegal content or activity
Harassment or threatening behavior
Fake profiles or stolen photos
Spam or scam attempts
Inappropriate or prohibited content
Suspected underage users
Human trafficking or exploitation

How to Report

Click the "Report" button on the listing or profile
Select the violation type from the dropdown
Provide specific details about the violation
Keep the report reference and submission time
Record the username, URL, date, and time where safe

Do not download, save, upload, or share suspected child sexual abuse material or other suspected illegal content.

For urgent safety concerns, immediate threats, or illegal activity:

Consequences for Violations

Bonkr assesses reports using the available evidence, severity, urgency, repeated behaviour, user safety, and applicable obligations. Action may include limiting access or distribution, preserving evidence, removing content, warning or restricting an account, suspension, termination, or referral to eSafety or law enforcement where appropriate or required. Sensitive investigation details may not be disclosed.

Note: We review each report individually. False reports, abuse of the reporting system, or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter's account.

Australian State and Territory Considerations

Sex-work, advertising, licensing, planning, health, and criminal laws differ across Australia and can change. Users are responsible for checking the current rules that apply to their location, activity, and listing. This page does not provide legal advice; obtain qualified advice when needed.

Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines as our platform evolves and in response to user feedback or legal requirements. Bonkr will publish an updated effective date when this page changes. Significant changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate or required.
